By and large, this mission has remained unchanged. But it has now been extended with the creation of another company in Luxembourg

I specialize in replacing CFOs, Corporate Treasury Managers, Risk Managers, and other finance professionals in executive roles for leading businesses worldwide. With extensive experience in the banking industry, my objective is to leverage my proven financial leadership skills to add value to both corporate and public organizations during my interim management mandates. This objective is grounded in my comprehensive experience in both sectors.
I take great pleasure in re-engineering businesses to achieve outstanding results and in motivating and encouraging others through finance, change, governance, and performance management. Additionally, I have significant experience in managing complex projects. As a dynamic finance executive with over 40 years of experience, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to achieve and exceed group goals in both public and private companies. I have also held leadership roles in international manufacturing groups across multiple industries.
I operate across Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Africa. My career includes senior managerial and business line positions, as well as advisory and consulting assignments for corporations and firms with global footprints. My sectors of expertise include the following industries: energy, rail transport, aeronautics, logistics, banking, infrastructure, bio-pharma, M&A, packaging, distribution, oil, public sector, private equity, financial training, chemistry, automotive and services. I excel in leading multicultural teams and practicing effective, participative leadership. As an experienced executive transition and interim manager, I am results-oriented and dedicated to delivering excellence.
